This Privacy Policy applies to the app Mood - Concerts & Cinema (package name com.mood.mobile), published on Google Play by the developer Mood Team. Mood Team is the developer of the app, the publisher of this Privacy Policy and the controller of the personal data described below.

Mood Team is the trading name used by MOOD MUSIC OF OUR DESIRE S.A., a company registered in Greece under G.E.MI. number 168829301000, VAT number 802045918. "Mood Team", "Mood", "we" and "us" in this policy all refer to that same single entity.

Developer details

The same policy also covers the iOS version of the app, listed on the Apple App Store as Mood - Discover Events (bundle identifier com.musicofourdesire.mood), and the www.musicofourdesire.com website. The app was previously listed under the name "Mood: Music of our desire". All of these names refer to the same app, published by Mood Team.

Mood is offered as a free app. The Service is provided by Mood Team at no cost and is intended for use as is.
