Ticket Policy & Terms of Use for Ticket Purchases

1. About Mood

The mobile application "Mood" (hereinafter “Mood”) is owned and operated by the Greek company under the legal name MOOD MUSIC OF OUR DESIRE SA, registered in Greece with G.E.MI. number 168829301000, having its registered office at Asklipiou 3, 10679 Athens, VAT number 802045918.

Mood operates as a technology platform that enables users to discover, explore, and purchase tickets for music events and related experiences. The company does not organize, promote, or host any of the events listed in the app.

Mood acts as a facilitator and intermediary, enabling the user to complete a ticket purchase from third-party ticketing providers (hereinafter “Ticketing Providers”) via automated or assisted mechanisms. Mood does not issue, own, or control the tickets sold through the platform.

2. Our Role as Intermediary

By completing a transaction through Mood, the user authorizes Mood to act on their behalf to:

  • Access the booking interface of the identified Ticketing Provider;

  • Complete the ticket purchase process using automated or manual methods;

  • Deliver the confirmation of purchase via the Mood app or email.


Mood does not act as the merchant of record, and the official ticket issuer is always the Ticketing Provider, whose name is clearly disclosed during the checkout process.

Mood does not assume legal responsibility for the services or experiences provided by the event organizers or Ticketing Providers.

3. Third-Party Ticketing Provider Terms Apply

Each ticket purchased through Mood is governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant Ticketing Provider, including but not limited to:

  • Refund and cancellation policies

  • Delivery methods (e.g., e-ticket, mobile QR code)

  • Entry or age restrictions

  • Resale or transfer limitations


Before finalizing a purchase, users are encouraged to consult the applicable terms of the Ticketing Provider. By proceeding with a purchase, the user agrees to be bound by those terms in addition to this Policy.

Mood accepts no responsibility for ticket invalidation, entry denial, or cancellation terms imposed by the Ticketing Provider.

4. Scope of Customer Support

Mood offers technical and transactional support for issues related to:

  • Errors during the checkout process

  • Failed or unconfirmed transactions

  • Receipt of ticket confirmation from Mood


For all other inquiries, users must contact the Ticketing Provider directly, including but not limited to:

  • Refunds and cancellations

  • Delivery of ticket files or QR codes

  • Event access or entry disputes

  • Schedule changes, postponements, or event cancellations


Mood may assist in relaying certain requests to the Ticketing Provider, but assumes no obligation to do so, and no liability for their resolution.

5. Fees and Pricing

All ticket prices displayed in the app are communicated to Mood by the respective Ticketing Providers. Mood does not control the pricing, taxes, or fees imposed by such providers.

Mood may, at its discretion, charge a service or convenience fee for providing access to its streamlined checkout system. If such a fee applies, it will be clearly disclosed prior to payment and included in the total amount payable. Any future modifications to fee structures will be updated in this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Greek law, Mood disclaims all liability for:

  • Event cancellations, postponements, or entry denial

  • Inaccurate or outdated event information sourced from third parties

  • Errors or omissions by Ticketing Providers

  • Failures in ticket issuance or delivery by the Ticketing Provider


The user acknowledges that any claim relating to the quality, availability, legality, or safety of an event, or the validity of a ticket, must be directed to the relevant Ticketing Provider.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any transactions arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, including proceedings for interim or injunctive relief.
