The Best Techno Clubs in Athens in 2025

Athens is one of Europe's most active underground music cities. The techno scene here has grown exponentially over the past decade, driven by a new generation of promoters and international bookings that rival Berlin and Amsterdam.

The top clubs in Gazi

Gazi remains the heartbeat of Athenian nightlife. Venues like Shelter, Fabric Athens, and Bios host weekly techno nights from Thursday through Sunday, with resident DJs building loyal followings over years.

Piraeus and the industrial belt

The port area around Piraeus has become a hotbed for warehouse parties and underground collectives. Expect raw sound systems, longer sets, and a crowd that travels for the music.

How Mood tracks it all

Mood indexes 20,000+ events per year in Athens alone, updated daily across 300+ active venues. Set a genre filter for techno and you'll never miss a night again.
