Mau P at Brooklyn Army Terminal: The Verdict on a Sold-Out Seven-Hour Set
Mau P's Baddest Behaviour show is the Dutch tech-house producer's touring open-to-close format, and on 12 September 2026 it sold out Pier 4 at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, for a seven-hour solo set. Mood's own enrichment data on the booking reads more commercial and polished, and less raw, than the average techno or tech-house night tracked across New York City this month - a produced, festival-adjacent show rather than the underground warehouse rave its industrial setting implies. A separate Sunday date, rescheduled from the original Friday, brought techno veteran Joseph Capriati into the weekend instead. Mood tracks the lineup, venue and ticket details for both nights and others like them across the city.

Marcel Dettmann at Academy LA: The Verdict on a Berghain Resident in Hollywood's Big Room
Marcel Dettmann is a Berghain resident since 2004 and one of techno's most disciplined DJs, known for track-based sets built on the sequencing instincts of Berlin's Hard Wax record store rather than crowd theatrics. On September 19 he headlined Academy LA on Hollywood Boulevard alongside Sol Ortega, Perel and local selector John Bryars, a booking Mood's own data reads as unusually mainstream for the genre: the night's undergroundness score sits well below the Los Angeles techno and house average, while its capacity and polish scores run closer to a festival stage than a basement club. Full details on the show and venue are on Mood.

Untold Presents ARTBAT at Fratelli Studios, Bucharest - Review
ARTBAT is the Kyiv melodic techno duo of Artur Kryvenko and Vitaliy Limarenko, known for the breakout single "Mandrake" and their remix of Monolink's "Return to Oz." On 18 September 2026 they headlined Untold presents ARTBAT at Fratelli Studios in Bucharest, with Omiki and PolTom in support. Mood's enrichment data reads the night as a big-room, high-capacity booking, 0.2 on undergroundness and 0.67 on commerciality, both well outside the city's usual electronic-event averages, closer to a festival-brand showcase than a scene night. Mood tracks the event alongside ongoing techno and house coverage across Bucharest.

ANOTR at Alexandra Palace: The Verdict on the Ally Pally Double Header
ANOTR's sold-out two-night run at Alexandra Palace on 17-18 September 2026 marked the Amsterdam house duo's biggest UK headline dates yet, arriving behind their third album Withness and its hit single Talk To You. Mood's own enrichment data backs up DJ Mag's assessment that the record plays it safe: the Ally Pally run reads well above average on commerciality and well below average on undergroundness and vocality compared to London's wider house circuit, a pattern that points to a duo consolidating its mainstream arrival rather than pushing its sound forward.

Dennis Cruz b2b Josh Baker at Brunch Electronik Barcelona: The Season's Safest Closer
Brunch Electronik Barcelona closed its return season at Jardins de Joan Brossa on September 13 with a Dennis Cruz b2b Josh Baker set, the last of four open-air dates that also included ARTBAT, Marco Carola and Solomun. Mood's event data shows the closer scored lowest on undergroundness and energy and highest on commerciality of the four dates - the softest, most communal night of the run, framed around a Solidarity Day food collection rather than a headline peak. Full lineup, venue details and upcoming Barcelona house and tech house listings are on Mood.

Earl Sweatshirt and MIKE in Paris: A Review of the Élysée Montmartre Show
Earl Sweatshirt and MIKE are two of American underground rap's most guarded voices, touring together behind Pompeii // Utility, the double LP they released with Surf Gang in April 2026. On September 6th, the pair played L'Élysée Montmartre in Paris, the historic 1,380-capacity hall in the 18th arrondissement, as part of their Home on the Range tour, which routed through Paris twice within ten days. The show read less like a true collaboration than two solo sets sharing a stage, with MIKE's warmer half and Earl's sparer half staying distinct rather than merging. Mood's enrichment data backs that read, showing an unusually low commerciality score for a room this size. Mood tracks the event and more hip-hop shows across Paris.

The Sisters of Mercy in Athens: A Review of the Floyd Show
The Sisters of Mercy, the Leeds band that turned gothic rock into a touring genre back in 1980, played Floyd in Athens on September 12th, working entirely from a catalogue that stopped growing after 1990's Vision Thing. Mood's enrichment data reads the show as more polished than most of the rock and gothic bill Athens runs this season, roughly as underground as an average night on that same calendar rather than the scene landmark its reputation suggests, and distinctly darker in mood than that comparison set. The result, reviewed here alongside Floyd's listing on Mood, is a professionally run legacy show built to sustain a following rather than win a new one.
